Driveshaft yoke Bolt snapped
Well, Of course this happens on a drag strip. :Laughs: Little info on the car 2010 Camaro SS 2SS RS Supercharged M6 On M&H Slicks Bias Ply 28X10.
Launched the car around 3500 to 4000 grand and cut a 1.69 60 foot past the 60 I felt a vibration across the finish line. So I live about 25 mins out and drove home but with the whole car shaking like it was going to tear it self apart. Jacked the car up when I got off of work and found one of the bolt heads has sheered off and the end is still in there, When I moved the driveshaft it was only less then a half rotation I felt and heard a clunk before the wheels moved. Question is Will i need to see a transmission shop or just replace the bolt and all will be fine? |

Replace the bolt and see what happens. I have a spare TR6060 and driveshaft for sale.
Which drag strip were you at? Xtreme or TMP? |
