Thumbs up Just got Solo-Performance Axle-back w/j pipes delivered!

Like many people looking at replacement exhaust systems, the question always comes up...which system is the best for me.

For my situation, I simply wanted sound. While my new car is still under warranty, I'm holding off on doing any major mods.

From listening to countless YouTube clips, reading stories, etc. I came to the conclusion of purchasing the Solo-Performance Axle back with J Pipes for my 2SS convertible.

Well, the FedEx guy just dropped off my delivery!! Wow, these guys ship out fast too! Looking forward to replacing the stocks.

I have the SOLO axle back sytem with J pipe and I absolutley love it! I was looking for the deep rumble sound and when I went through hundreds (yes hundreds) of videos I knew this was for me. I am thoroughly pleased. An easy install and I have plenty of horses under the hood now I have the exhaust I want. You will not be disappointed.

I have the Solo Mach XL w/J-Pipes cat back and their Hi Flow cats. Really like the sound and the performance (Hi Flow cats).

Would recommend both if your not doing long tube headers.

You chose wisely! They sound incredible without pissing off the neighbors. I just put quad tips on my jpipes.

I have a 2013 2SS and I just installed my Solo Performance axle back system and it sounds AWESOME!! It's got a really deep rumble without being obnoxious and that is exactly what I've been looking for, it's what the Camaro should have sounded like from the factory. You won't be sorry.

Looks like you made a good decision. I've got this set up on my vert. This is the before and after (and after that) video I made.

ohhh nice, that's Your car! I watched this video no telling how many times. It was one of the main things that made me go over the Solo route. Very helpful video with true sound readings. THANKS!

That is the MOST useful exhaust video I have seen yet. Numbers, numbers that matter.

I assume a L99 would be a little quieter with the extra stuff they add. (?)

Thanks,

Jim

I have (Solo cat back) but I also have a tune so the AFM is gone. My sig has the rest of my mods. I got the tune before the Solo system so I could tell the before-and-after drone. At cruise, there is definitely a deeper sound as compared to the stock system. I like it but some may not. Drone is very subjective - some are more sensitive to it than others. That is the main reason I got the Solo system; the J-pipes. I didn't want to drop around $1,000 with the risk of having to sell it at discount because of the drone.
