The Convertible is nice but it makes me wonder why we could not have a Camaro Coupe.

Was it fabric or vinyl? Surprisingly, mine still looks clean, and is original, but needs replacing due to some minor rips...

We were already thinking about silver for the convertible, and this sure makes that decision looks correct. I'll have to see one in white and some of the other colors. Love the styling.

I think what he means is how come we can have a convertible with no b-pillar and the regular non vert has to have one.

Crash test standards are different for convertibles. That is why we can have them and not worry about a b-pillar. The amount of engineering a coupe with no b-pillar and meet crash test standards would drastically raise the price of the Camaro. We have to put up with the b-pillar in order to be able to have the car built in a reasonable price range.

Other, high end coupes can get away with because the price tag for those cars put them in a entire different category and clientele base. A clientele base who doesn't care about spending a ton of money on a coupe.

I'm not into chrome and all that shiny stuff, but hot dayum, those SS wheels looks good while it's rolling. Chevy really did a good job.

The car looks awesome beautiful as for leg room I was at the reveal and sat in the car the leg room is less then the 5th gen. I'm 5-9 and as far as I'm concerned no one would be able to sit behind me not even a small child. The only thing that I dislike is that back end it just looks bad.

I don't know, I actually really enjoy the wheels so far on the 6th gen. Especially the base model wheels, MAJOR step up from the hideous ones of the 5th gen.

This vert is simply gorgeous. They nailed it right on the head. Great work to everyone on the Camaro development team. Incredible.

The seat behind me, the driver will be for...groceries or something - the kid will have to sit behind mom in the passenger seat.

Not worried - if i was looking for a soccer van, I'd go buy one.
when i test drove a ZL1 the sales guy fit just fine behind the wife.

My 2011 SS2/RS had every option except ground effects, I got the mud flaps, and it was $41,000 I think. Maybe it was $43,000. Anyway, I'm guessing the 2016 SS2/RS will be $47-49k. I think if you get upgraded wheels and literally every option you'll be at $50,000, $5k less than entry level vette
