I need help with oil temp for camaro 2010 SS

Recently, I noticed an increase in the temperature of engine oil, as it appears in the picture, and it increases at long distances Is this normal ..? If not, what should I do to fix the problem

The radiator is new and the fan is running normally

Yep, check the level and it might be a good thing to change it too. Mine is cammed and never goes that high! And I run her hard and never gets above about 210.
