Valve seals

Alright next question. Can someone point me in the direction of how to install valve seals? The ones I took off my old heads look different than the ones that came with my gpi cam kit and I don't know if there's a part of the old ones I need to reuse or if what gpi gave me is enough. What I took off of the old heads looks like a bell and I thought the new valve seal might go in the but it's not making sense to me. My Google/YouTube searches failed me

The stock part is the seat and seal in one piece. Your aftermarket piece should have a seat, then the seal is a separate piece.

Install the seat. Then tap on the seal with a 13mm socket. Spring, valve, retainer... compress the springs and drop in the 2 keepers.
