Ordered my 2LT/RS sunroof, silver ice in March '09 figured I would have to wait until Nov or longer. Anyway my dealer called me wendesday and said they had one delivered for their GM and asked me if I would be interesed in that one. All the orders before mine said they wanted to wait for theirs being theirs were all 2SS/RS and the only difference between mine and this one is No Sunroof I was going to wait for the one I ordered but went to see this one and It was sitting on the showroom and loved it so I told him I would take it. They asked if they can show it on the floor for three weeks I said NO PROBLEM its locked keys kept and it gets cleaned daily. That will give the town some time to clean the sand left on the streets from the winter OH this is wonderful..

Hopefully no one else walks in and offers over MSRP and the car is gone...Cross your fingers!

Hell yea 3 weeks is a long time, esp when you know what is waiting for you. Better hope no customers don't scratch it up.

It was on the showroom floor. Have not driven it. Yes, that sucks but I did sit and drool in it..

Congrats man. These are going to be the 3 longest weeks of your life!!

I would be there first thing monday morning telling them open up the doors stick a tag on it and let me go.. I would bring it back when I was done. Did they give you anything for letting them keep it?
