Yes, a big difference. Shifts are much more sharper and after the transmission tune my car would chirp/fishtail going from 1st to 2nd. You will be able to test and see the difference yourself cus your regular "D" mode will stay stock but your "M" mode will be tuned. Enjoy

I will be doing a baseline dyno as well to have something I can compare it to.
My god are you gonna be in for a surprise. Especially since it's being all done at once. I wish I was there to see your first reaction lol it's like going from a kitten to a lion with a megaphone.

Now I'm even more excited lol. The Camaro SS stock is simply too quiet to me. A V8 should be loud, and that's exactly what I wanted to do with it. I'm anxious to see what it will be like to drive it after the modifications. This thread is making me consider a transmission tune as well. I just naturally assumed it was part of the dyno tune.

You got the right idea and ask for the tranny tune, it is a must. I'm excited for you lol

Yeah, I just sent Cordes Performance an email about the possibility of doing a transmission tune. I'm curious to find out what they have to say about it.

I'm doing everything now because I just don't have the patience to sit back and wait 3-5 years. I want to be able to enjoy this car as much as possible for as long as possible.

Do you mean when using the tapshift...or just in sport mode. Its starts in 2nd when in D. But when you put in M mode it starts in 1st.
