Jamie, is the SLP the type you said was more desirable? You or someone had said that the roots style was les ideal, what's the SLP?

Slp is roots. It is a tvs 2300 or a 1900

Only Whipple, lysholm, and Kenne bell are twin screws.

Roots aren't bad they're just not as efficient as twin screws. Great shop to deal with and greatly reasonable prices is Jeff at first try engineering in Robinson. He does top bitch work for a super reasonable price.

You will also need to get the car tuned as the kit tunes usually suck and are way to conservative.

In 4th gen news... I ordered a new power steering hose and SLP pulley to install over spring break. I had a bigger list but we paid the TrailBlazer off instead. Being responsible is boring

Camp horne rd exit on 279. The shop is about a mile from the exit.

I'm really leaning towards the Kenne Bell liquid cooled 2.8 litter.

A) Do any of you have reasonable objections?

B) Is there a better deal out there, or do you just buy direct from them?

It appears to be the best power on an otherwise stock car, simple install, and I do like the look.

I am not a fan of high dollar headers if I can help it. I know that OBX are frowned upon by some, but those that post of owning them claim that they fit up just fine

If you can, I would just save the money for a decent header setup, something that won't leak after install or anytime soon after that.

Headers on a positive displacement supercharged car won't add as much horsepower as an NA car, especially on something with low boost levels and a stock bottom end. It isn't something that's immediately necessary to upgrade unless you have a shit tuner.

IMO, invest the money in a decent set of tires, you'll need them much more than headers.
