Nice!

I think this one needs to go Bye Bye!

Here is the skinny from their website:

MSRP$40,860 Internet Price$40,860 .BodystyleCoupeEngine6.2L V8 SFI 426hpTransmissionManualExt. ColorBlackInt. ColorBlackStock NumberP10447VIN2G1FT1EW0A9112687

They have a pics section with a small pic of the window sticker.

With me?

If ya blow up the window sticker pic, you can make out that an MSRP of 37K and change.

Now, what was that MSRP again?

Christ, for freakin Stupiiiiid.

Well he did mention they won't sell the 6 cylinder cars for over sticker - so he's not lying, but still isn't going to win any points on these message boards.

I'll continue my story from the "Price Gouging" thread here and share more...

Barlow Chevrolet
(856) 393-4117
6057 Route 130 South
Delran, NJ 08075

Price is at MSRP, not a dime over!

Let me preface this that I have had mine Camaro ordered through Barlow Chevrolet in NJ the whole time...

As anyone can see by my discussion in the other thread, I went shopping around just to scope out what I can do about getting a Camaro sooner, or if there is one to nab off the lot. Well there wasn't but anyway...

Last night I went to Barlow Chevy where I have my order placed as I noticed that online there is a listing for a Camaro that almost matched mine exactly. I stopped in and asked about it to see if it was spoken for or what the story was. Well needless to say it was spoken for but when I mentioned that it is pretty much the twin to the one I had ordered from them, they were more than happy to walk me back to the shop and check out the lucky person's Camaro. I considered this to be above and beyond to let me sneak back and chek out someone's new baby (just off the truck condition) and so I was very lucky to see it and was excited for who ever the lucky person is, and now I just have to wait (impatiently) for mine. It looked beautiful and needless to say the sales rep that took me back was more than happy to chat about it for an hour, and none of it was a sale pitch, talk up, or anything. It was genuine mutual interest in the car and wanting to make sure that they were doing anything and everything to make me happy.

The customer service at Barlow is beyond any other that I have ever seen. I have no qualms or worries about having ordered my car from them as they aren't simply car salesmen, but they are car enthusiasts as well! I would highly recommend to anyone in the greater Philadelphia area to come to Barlow for any Chevy order, be it the Camaro, Vette, Used, etc. They are all great guys and I couldn't find a single person there that I wouldn't be more than happy to do business with.

Now to wait for mine to come in!

Lang Chevrolet, Dennis Cook and Ann Smith did a great job and I definitely recommend them. They were friendly and honest during the whole process from ordering on 10/13/08 to delivery of #2180 on 6/9/09. I had gotten a written agreement for MSRP on 10/13/08 but I probably didn’t need it as I think they can be trusted on their word. They only did the minimum PDI at delivery as I requested allowing me to unwrap it.

If you want to order a Camaro in SW Ohio, please go see Ann and tell her you heard about Lang Chevrolet on this forum. I believe Ann would like to get a Camaro herself, so go give her your order.

Duteau Chevrolet
7300 South 27th Street
Lincoln, Nebraska 68512

Eric Klein is my salesman. He did a fantastic job keeping me informed on the status of my car. Mike Minnick, the owner, said they have to sleep at night and that is why they do not charge over MSRP. Great people to work with and highly recommended. Keep up the good work Duteau Chevrolet. Thanks guys!!

My first post here but I figured I would pass some info along. I am in Western, NY near Buffalo. I checked out 6 local dealers and all are priced at or below sticker on the SS models. Paddock Chevrolet Kenmore, NY 866-282-1927

1SS no color shown but has black stripes Auto trans, $32,505
2SS Red Jewel Manual trans, $40,430

they have a bunch of V6's too starting at $24,035

Gillogly Chevrolet 716-809-8301

2SS Gray Manual trans $35,785

Yeah, I like that dealership. You got the supplier discount on an order? GF's dad is a supplier and I KNOW is eligible for X Plan with Ford...I would assume GMS as well.

Every dealer I have gone to in Hampton roads area (chesapeake, Norfolk, Va beach) Have all marked up the price on all 2010 Camaros. The going average is $2500 for LT's and $5000 for the SS i have even seen some going for $55000 around here because "Its right here there is no wait for your new Camaro." This pretty much puts the car I've stalked for 7 years out of my price range. If any one got a good deal at one of these let me know please.

Dealers visited
Colonial Chevrolet
Hall Chevrolet
Priority Chevrolet
R.K. Chevrolet
Victory Chevrolet(kittyhawk NC)

Fisher Beasley is their internet sales manager, extension 212, they won't go over MSRP and they'll give it to you in writing when you order. Fisher told me he's heard of folks in the area selling for up to 7K over MSRP, and he said "Of course I'd love to sell you one for that much, but that's not how Mr. Murray wants us to do things."

Great experience.
