Cant stand Camaro owners...

I know this happens to the majority of you, but not to this degree.

I park in the parking lot at work beside the official pace car vert camaro. Very nice. 6 hours later I come out and leave for lunch. When I come back, i see the owner coming out and walk toward his car. When im positive its his car i start waving and flailing my arms everywhere trying to say hello while i am having a phone call. He had enough time to put something in his trunk, get in, roll down his windows and fold the top back and i even beeped the horn when he was driving off. Not even a glance.

NO Fking way.

Never seen such snobs in my life. Ive even been flipped off before waving at a v6 when it passed by. Wish Camaro owners would stop acting like rich snobs. This is exactly how BMW and Mercedes people should be acting. Not a big family like Chevy.

Sometimes I don't want to talk to people but I don't think I'd be as rude as those people. Maybe they were just having a bad day =x

You ran into one of those A-type personalities. These guys are too self-involved to notice that you're trying to tell them they have a nice car. When I was in sales, I hated these guys.

yep happens to me all the time..waved at a IOM and a CGM Camaro today with my windows down and neither of them waved back

I swear I think some people who drive these cars think they are driving Bentleys around or something.

It's been a 50/50 mix for me some friendly some not. I generally try to be friendly and when people don't respond in kind I just let it go and relish the fact that I'm driving a bad ass car...Actually had a complete stranger walk up to me one day as I was getting out and he says to me "How much do you love being able to drive a car like that?" My permagrin was the only response required....

This car has attracted a ton of attention from all sorts of buyers. Many people buy the Camaro as a means for transportation and are not as "car crazy" as we are at Camaro5.

I think it all depends on the person. No matter what car they drive they may just not like talking to strangers.

It would be understandable if hes using it for transportation. But the guy had a pace car SS. I dont understand. I have gotten more waves from challengers than any car. Actually, challengers are the only ones that wave back.

Not everyone is as passionate as you are about these cars...I have to say if I was getting into mine and I saw some lunatic "flailing his arms everywhere, beeping his horn" at me, I'd probably ignore you and drive away too.....that's the world we live in.
