A different kind of convertible top problem

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2012 Convertible. I've been fortunate enough not to have any of the problems that plagued the early convertible tops. However, this weekend I tried to put top down so I could clean the interior. The top retracted fine, but wouldn't fully nest down where it should go. I do have GMEPP, but it looks like anything convertible-top-related isn't covered, except for the motor.

Before I take it to a dealer to look at, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might be able to look at to get the top to fully retract?

Thanks in advance!

You'll probably get more feedback if you post this in the convertible forum.

After some more googling, it definitely looks like a broken 5th bow!
