Quad tip Rear Diffuser

Does anyone know where I can get a hood rear diffuser for quad tips without breaking the bank? I’ve seen duraflex but have heard bad things about them. Thanks.

You could try the dealership for the factory NPP one if you like it. I got mine for $130 CAD at my dealer, cheaper than anything else out there, plus no shipping, just went and picked it up.

Depending on what year you are looking for, you could use the ZL1 diffuser as well. There are no aftermarket ones out there that won't kill your wallet, or are duraflex crap, I already looked. lol. I have the 1LE one on my Camaro..

My understanding has always been that the extra piping would add more weight with little to no performance gain. But if weight is added then performance is lost? Do the quad pipes change the exhaust note as well?

The choice of tips are merely cosmetic. Everything before is what impacts the exhaust note. I just happen to like the look of quad tips. Like others on here, I picked up that 1LE diffuser for the rear bumper.

There is actually no extra piping on a quad setup. Everything from the mufflers forward is the same on all the catbacks, the only difference is the backside of the muffler where the tips are located, there are 2 outlets instead of 1 on each muffler. As for changing the sound, nah... No difference.

I bought the one that’s not zl1 diffuser as that one requires more parts just bought the 1le diffuser bolts right up to our ss and used 4 inch quad tips and removed the silencers!
