That's what I'm thinking as well. When I put the ice tank in the trunk, and put the tube front on, that should be enough to get my bias I need

Yes! In case you missed it, last track outing was on the last page. Went 8.60 first pass🤘

Haven't touched the car much lately. Got all the engine management back in the car, trans cooler is relocated and moving again. Didnt make it to the track this weekend as planned. Hoping to go a weekday in the next few weeks.

Picked up an sfi full face helmet and neck collar. Need the rest of the apparel before heading to another track

Edit: finally got my laptop to connect again after getting ecm/ extra input box back in.

Got everything tacked in. Will finish welding next week and adding a few extra brackets for the front end. And getting the dzus fasteners mounts made again.

Thanks guys!

Wasn't too happy with how the middle bars fit and I figured out I'm missing the lower headlight bars. Ended up making new center bars out of some 1 inch chromoly I had laying around.

Still need to add the driver side and make some tabs for the lower headlight then. Here's some pics of fitment, I'm pretty content with it

Wow again. I've been following this thread for a while and am impressed. Are you self taught in all your skills or do you do some of this work for a living?

Thank you very much! I appreciate everyone's feedback! I just work on my own stuff really. I took some welding classes at the local college and kinda picked it up from there.

Been working on it all morning. Got the other bar put in, headlight tabs made up and the front mount and all the piping back on. Working on making the dzus mounts now. Hoping to have the install wrapped up today. Going to try to make it back to the track next week.

Got the car weighed again. The hood is going to stay off. This is with roughly 10 gallons of fuel in the cell. Without me in it. With me in it, it weighs 3422(I'm 275)

So tube front and loss of hood netted 56lbs lost total off the nose. Going to be back at the track Friday the 11th.

Here's the summary of things changed from last outing...
-4 link bar change
-3 degrees more timing in it
-6 psi in tires instead of 8
-56lbs off the nose
-lowered launch rpm/launch boost.

If you're on fb feel free to give the 1320 true street a follow. Jumped on board with these guys as they are an established grudge racing team. Looking to get out there and take some money.

Next track day is friday, October 11th. Stay tuned
