Factory drive shaft and bolts
Good morning guys. So I'm removing my factory drive shaft to install my converter. Was curious what is recommended as far as replacement bolts as these are tty I would assume. Also they look like T60. Is that correct? Any other tips that I may need to know here? Loctite ect? This is for a 15 SS auto. Thanks

im thinking the same thing I went to dealer and ordered new ones at 4.50 a pop don't know if really need new ones. they are a big bolt but I erred on the side of caution and im using locktite 243 on all my bolts cause I just changed gears and axles.

Use Loctite when re installing them. I just did an aluminum DS and it said to use Loctite on all DS bolts, so I would guess that is a good thing, keep them from coming loose.. Safety measure..
