Ok, I also checked that the brake booster and reservoir are the same and the removal instructions aren't too difficult. Bring plenty of new fluid.

Any opinions????
I think basically have the RX though when I got it was from RevXtreme. The catch can itself is fine and has caught some oil. Back when I ordered it, I believe the company was having some problems and it took many weeks to receive my order. Member SC2150 has posted a lot of useful information on the topic of catch cans.

My kit did not come with a hose adapter which I had to pick up from an auto parts store. When you get yours, make sure it has all the parts needed for installation.

Yeah, RevXtreme went out of business Feb of year. I was reading alot of the info from SC. Thanks for the heads up on a parts check before starting an install.

They did change the design of the can since then, I think he was cutting deals with people who had the old cans.

I'm ok with doing this on mod day since it appears to install using the factory holes.

I assume you will get it pre-painted. Please be sure you approve of the paint quality as soon as you get it.

I quickly scanned the thread and noticed posts about rubber washers and silicone for use between the spoiler and trunk lid. I also noticed your post in this thread about silcone.

Do you currently have any chips around your stock spoiler?

Are you not able to access the poll result?

Most have said any of the dates are ok. I added a few notes by the dates in post 1.

Thanks heinzd01. I ordered the spoiler prepainted and I'll check it over carefully when it arrives. I have not seen any chips in the paint around the stock spoiler.

It may not be necessary to use silicone on the new spoiler because it comes with the rubber washers, but it might be a good idea to put a little bit of silicone sealer around each of the holes to make sure they don't leak water into the trunk when I wash my car.

To be honest, I think this is an easy 25 minute job that I could do at home. I just thought it might be nice to have an extra set of hands to help install it.

Thanks.

Can you put me down or a fluids change, oil and rear end. Also the group buy on the $99 catch can, I would be interested. Who ever is heading this up, might want to ask them about a group buy, I'm not sure what the count it up to yet.

::Edit::

If I we were taking a vote for dinner, my vote would be Young's Diary, for those who have never been there, it is a neat place.
