T1 is the ZL1 bumper with their ports added to the fog light areas. It will work with the MPD1 hood, but you would have to have the lines moved on the bumper to match the hood. ZL1 hood is wider than the MPD1, 10-13 SS, & V6 hoods.

Shouldn't add much to the cost when getting it painted

I didn't bother reading this thread (in between the lines if you will), but if you literally meant a 100% conversion, SS to ZL1, then my answer is;

Never build what you can already buy .

But you prolly didn't mean 100% conversion so......

The cost to paint can vary quite a bit. If you really want the job done correctly, especially metallic colors, the fascia needs blended into the fenders and hood. Solid colors are a little easier to "panel paint" The RJT above may have been done cheaply, but it does not match. So post your estimate, we can see if its out of line or not.

I smacked my bumper into someone's rear bumper in stop and go traffic, and although the damage is quite livable, the front end paint has a solid peppering of micro chips from the years of daily freeway driving. So I filed a claim, and told the shop who's doing the estimate that I wanted to get ZL1 parts instead of SS parts. He said they would only do it if GM tells them the parts will fit.

I think I read that Gen5DIY had a kit with everything needed, including cowl line mods, but I like my GM SS GFX and Spoiler, so I'm probably going that route, ZL1 bumper and keep my current GFX/spoiler. Entertaining the idea of a TL1 hood insert too.
