Here are my lifting PR's:

Power Clean: 215 lbs x 3RM
Bench Press: 315 lbs x 3RM
Deadlift: 345 lbs x 4RM (pic below)
Single Arm Press: 95lbs per arm x 5RM (Pic Below)
Squat: 295 lbs x 3RM

Plyo:

Broad Jump: 9 ft 3 in
Verticle: 32 in

Sprint:

40 yard: 4.9 sec
Mile: 6:35

Monday

Huge accomplishment ran 1.5 miles on the tread mill. Most I have done in one time since knee surgery late April. Also did a few miles on the elliptical. The elliptical is so much easier than the tread mill especially on my knee. Hope to be back playing bball and softball next spring

About 20 min ago. Just getting ready to chow down on high protein meatballs. LOL

I'm a bit of a fitness nut and do all right for an old guy.

Bout to head out right now for chest and shoulders. I'm gonna cry not being able to lift what I used to lol. Oh well better to start off slow so I don't strain anything.
