Just installed "auto blip" unit

Easy & straightforward install with 6 scotchlock type connectors and spades. Two go to the clutch pedal sensor, two to the accelerator pedal, 1 to 12v+, and 1 to the brake light switch. Access is tough for large hands but it is doable. The clutch pedal sensor connection is the most difficult as it is hidden from view. The directions are very good and well illustrated. I can't wait to dial it in on track. It throttle blips once the brake is depressed and clutch is then depressed. It is available at www.auto-blip.com.

This is great for people that aren't proficient at "heel and toe" like myself. I'm curious of its performance, reliability and if it has any battery drain issues, Exhaust controller "Mild2Wild" were known for this.
I know some cars have this feature already, I am also curious if IMSA allows this type of "driver aid" in their sanctioned races.

This unit has an "auto off" feature to prevent battery drain. I am fair at heel & toe and wanted to try this electronic aid. It works but I haven't used it on track yet. I will post a video of the unit "blipping".

I used to be able to heel/toe in my older crappy cars, but in the Camaro I just can't get my foot positioned properly. A work friend has a Focus ST that he actually ordered a block to push the accel pedal out for. I don't think that would work for me though because then the dead pedal would be way off.

How would this be for daily driving? I'm good about the throttle blip on the bike but not so much in the car.

EDIT: Wow! $400... that's the kind of money that buys headers...

That cam sounds terrific!
Good luck with the auto-blip...I just ordered a set of those custom heel-toe pedals, wish me luck...that little gadget seems a lot easier, more like the new rev matching technology.
