Intake porting tools
Anyone have any recommendations on what cartridge roll kits or carbide bits to buy for intake manifold porting? I plan on Porto g my LT2 to accommodate a LT5 TB.
I currently have die grandees and a dremel. Also have two long and some short carbide bits in cylinder shape snd cone shaped ends. No cartridge rolls though. Thanks!

Try Eastwood I think they’ll have everything you’ll need and considering your grinding plastic I’d say just cartridge rolls.

a carbide bit is the ticket to quickly remove the ribs off of the outside of the LT2 manifold for it to fit.

I used an angle grinder for the ribs on the lt2 manifold.

Thanks. Already got it on and running but when I get my lt5 TB I’ll need to do some porting.
