I don't think you are near a total loss unless you have a lot of hidden damage. This car has independent rear suspension it might be costly. You just don't know. You might want to get rid of this Camaro if the supension and frame are damaged. Take care of any injury with Dr. visits and xrays. Did the guy's air bag deploy? Sign nothing at this time!

ok all here it is. I talked to the witness. The guy that hit me was looking for his Bluetooth and was swerving. The guy said he had to be going at least 40 or 35. His airbags deployed as well. So it was pretty major.

This is the third wrecked Camaro I have seen on here and really feel bad for all of you. But Hell, I just wish I could get mine. All these guys on here bitching about there orders not getting processed and then you see they just ordered. To many of us R6P guys out that should be built before you wieners

Your Camaro took it better than my wifes little MR-2 Spyder that was rearended by an F-250 3 weeks ago. Put the car on its nose when the driver slammed on her breaks and scooped up my wifes paperweight.
Still sucks. Hope your holding up as well as your injured baby.

First of all, I am really sorry this happened...how did you not kick this guy's ass?
 Second..at least he had insurance! As an owner of a bodyshop for almost 25 years, it looks to me that it's repairable, but pics on a computer don't show all. I am pretty sure parts from GM are not in stock at your local Chevy dealer yet, but that's not really your problem. Definetly INSIST on genuine GM parts, no matter what. I wouldn't sign off on any medical issues either. I just hope you aren't dealing with those jackasses at Progressive Insurance...WORST crooks in the auto insurance biz. Good luck to you. Oh, by the way, that moron that hit you...he was probably an Oakland Raider fan..... everyone hates "Raider Fan"...even Raider Fan.

I know you pain man. In 07 I drove to Dallas from Houston to visit a buddy. I Just had over 2k on my Vette, when in stop and go traffic, this woman, not paying attention plows into the back of me. How do you not see a red car with 5 red light on the back of it?????????????????
