I hear ya... I loved the black I saw on a lot... but i KNEW the up keep was going to be too much for me... went with CGM because of this fact. If I could afford a person to deal my car each week... black would be a def choice of mine.

I love my black camaro. i try to wipe it down before i go out everytime unless its not very dirty. i just wet it down and then dry it. So far IMO black is the best looking camaro out there. Not to say someone else cant think differently but it just looks the most aggressive in black to me. If i wasnt young as i am i would probably want another color though just because it is a ton of work.

Right on originally wanted black, but could not find it so went with SIM. Black is a beautiful color and looks mean as hell when your driving, but tuff to keep clean and free of scratches. If you can dedicate the time the color will go a long way

Same. Was set to order a black then found my car on a lot (800 miles away) and went with SIM. Happy as hell I did I love it. Although I saw loving the Black SS with SIM stripes at our meetup on Sunday. That was sharp.

We're definitely having an October meet. It'll be on a Saturday. Either the 17, 24th or 31st. Location has yet to be determined.

Hope you can make it out for this one. We had a lot of fun on Sunday. I think we'll get a location settled upon within the next week...then we'll see what days are best for everyone the following week.

I will def have my car for the next meetup... we are predicting my car should be here first full week of oct!

We need to coordinate a cruise (or maybe some groups cruise to the meeting location)...

Anyone have any other suggestions for locations???

Great! I haven't seen to many suggestions. I'm open to anything...I really don't know anything around this state as I just moved here a little over a year ago. Cherry Hill area seems like an early favorite with the next meetup (Spring 2010?) being north.

I'm absolutely in for this one.

What about something along Route 1 or the Turnpike? It would make it easy for NY and PA to travel. The Hooters in Princeton used to do a weekly car night. Not sure if they still do it or do it in October. They'd probably do something for us anyway though.
