Tighten the clamps. That will allow the water to move on down to the mufflers. The are designed to handle it and aren't as likely to rust as the mid pipes.

Ok guys... im glad nothing is wrong.. i will tighten the clamps and take it for a long drive... my car was on storage for like 5 months and then out for a few wks with trips of less than 5 miles daily... probably need a long drivee... it is relatively cold still up here so.. i figure it was normal but if the water is leaking, wouldnt air also be leaking???

Catalytic converter turns the exhaust into water;
Most present-day vehicles that run on gasoline are fitted with a "three way" converter, so named because it converts the three main pollutants in automobile exhaust: an oxidising reaction converts carbon monoxide (CO) and unburned hydrocarbons (HC), and a reduction reaction converts oxides of nitrogen (NOx) to produce carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2), and water (H2O).

Also why we have a drain hole in mufflers.

yes, which is why you see all the black soot build up on the pipes at the point of the leak

mmm.. well maybe I need to get a torque wrench .. ok.. ill double check everything.... I always wonder why my exhaust had so much soot in then tips.. can an air leak cause the exhaust to be less louder??? I have noticed that my exhaust became less louder than usual but I havent driven the car long enough to be from use... I have Cherry bomb and the drone was pretty bad around 2500 to 4000 RPM, now it is not too bad. I was wondering why the change. Also I had a lot of backfire when downshifting, this has also gone away. Any connection???

This is perfectly normal. Some cars that come into our shop drip a lot more than others. Your clamps need to be more over the slots in the pipes. About 1/8" to 1/4" from the end.

You're kidding right?

It's normal. Condensation collects in the pipes. OP.. Just tighten up those clamps.

I also have the Cherry bomb(extremes).I got rid of the soot at the tips when I went with TSP long tubes and then got rid of the drone with a Jannetty tune.
