Help with NOT READY states

Just wondering if anyone has run into the problem with the following showing NOT READY, have no CEL or fault codes:

Catalyst (this one showed NOT READY for the last two inspection -Headers)
EVAP System
O2 Sensor
O2 Sensor Heater

Background, car has ARH headers w/Trifecta tune, car had no problems the last two inspections with the tune. Did a drive cycle so no luck, reinstalled tune and so far no change. Any ideas?

Yes, looks like you are in TX. Most are having issues due to the cold getting these readiness flags set. Could be you too. Let car warm well before driving to enable.

I can tell you from experience the BEST way to get the sensors ready is doing short drives and stay below 50mph. I would do a drive in the morning and a drive in the evening but the readiness is dependent on having a sufficient number cold starts. I tried the GM readiness test multiple times but could never get it to complete. It took Chakita probably 10 or 12 of the trips to finally have the Evap and O2 go ready. What ever you do don't disconnect the battery - this will reset your sensors and you get to start over. Hope this helps.

I believe adjusting your tune will also reset the sensors and make them "not ready" as well.
