Also my advice is that if you do decide to go new rims, do it when your tires need replacing. Kinda common sense but that way you don't have to pay for a second set of tires after getting new Pzeros for the stock rims. Or that way you've used up the stock Pzeros to their extent. The latter is my plan.

Looking forward to getting mine when I get home next weekend. Thats awesome you have # 2012! haha
I have the Coverking seatcovers. I don't like them as much as the leather but it's my hope they help protect it. Good idea on the rims. I'm really torn. I think it looks good on other cars but I'm diggin this stock thing...for a while anyway.

I am steaming.... I took the car to the dealer on Monday for the recall on the airbag sensor programming. I got it back this afternoon because they found a faulty sensor in the passenger seat that didn't allow the airbags to come on all the time and they had to order the part.... AND with a big chip on the top of the drivers side fender... I didn't see it until I got it home in the garage.... I am ready to kill the service manager and the tech... I am bringing it back in the morning and if you see a mushroom cloud out in the west you know what it was....

Damned dealers and moronic techs that have no respect,,, sorry, I am pissed

That's what you get when your techs work for flat rate. They do the job as fast as humanly possible. Try to avoid dealerships at all costs.

I am steaming just looking at that pic.

I didn't have a choice on this one... the airbags weren't working all the time when my wife sat in the passenger seat... And the dealer wouldn't let me take it home as they said it was "unsafe" someones ass is mine tomorrow....
Car only has 2300 miles on it and I hover over it like my firstborn... How can someone be so careless and disrespectful... morons

My dealer had someone drive the car from the rail yard to their store (with my permission or we would have had to wait a few more days for delivery...). On the way it got hit by a hunk of plasic on the freeway. I ask for it to be fixed and get the deer in the headlight look. I mean, why should I even have to ask?? I feel your pain.

My "warranty" has just expired.. A dealer will never touch this car again..ever... I don't care if the motor blows up and the transmission falls out... I will fix it myself on my dime..
You guys have no idea how angry I am... not so much that it happened... things happen... But whoever did it KNEW he did it and never owned up to it... Or never told anyone that it happened. They could have touched it up and I probably never would have known if the repair was done correctly... But no, they just gave it back like this..
I am writing a letter to Chevy about this and I hope some heads roll over it...

That is crazy! I am sorry that happened. I would be furious as well. I hope I never experience anything like that. My dealership takes good care of the camaro and vette owners.

I told them not to run it through there car wash and they said they hand wash the vettes and camaro's and sent me video/pictures of them doing it to show me they take good care of it.

On a brighter side I just ordered my vanity plates...
