Update:
So I went back to my installer to get everything adjusted and he said not to turn up the bass on the factory hu because it will cause distortion in the subs.
So my 3 options are LOC, DSP, or aftermarket radio.
I'm leaning towards a LOC.
Anybody have experience with a LOC with the FARK harness?
And if I get a LOC can I connect both my amps to it? Or could I just connect my subwoofer amp to the LOC?

UPDATE

I decided to replace the factory radio. And my subwoofers are still not producing like I expected. I'm so lost right now.

Can the alternator limit the amplifier output?

Your factory radio will have little to no impact on the performance of the subs if you have had the amp hooked up correctly. The amp is processing the signal from the head unit. The head unit only sends the signal. You have an issue down stream of the head unit. Are you certain everything is wired correctly?

Also, why are you not using the bass knob?

No. It will either run or cut out. On or off

Yes everything is hooked up correctly. I had it double checked. And I am using a bass knob. Can it be a bad ground? Or defective amplifier?

Could be the amp. Could be the specs or anything. I dont remember if you listed the model and specs?

Those are DVC and with that Amp should definitely be louder than you are describing. I would go through your wiring again including the adapter
