What problems have you had with your 5th gen?
My 2011 1LT just turned the 100,000 mile mark a few days ago. I bought mine used and she had 24,000 miles on her when I got her, so not all of the mileage is mine. Overall, she's been a great car. I've only had two issues with her in the time I've had her.
1. Both catalytic converters had to be replaced. Luckily this happened before the car hit 80,000 miles and was covered by the factory. 2. The trunk would no longer open with the FOB or the button. This was determined to be a problem with the factory wiring and was relatively inexpensive to fix. So I'm wondering for those with high miles on their Camaros, what issues have you run into?

Bought my 2013 new and it now has just over 22K miles on it. I have absolutely no issues (knock on wood). Overall it's been one of the best vehicles I've owned to date

I hit 100k a couple of weeks ago. Overall the car has been outstanding. I've only been to the service dept. twice for major service:
1. Had a rocker and spring bust on Cylinder 3 while cruising on I-15 near Lake Elsinore. Began losing power at 78mph, pulled over... towed it to the nearest Service Dept. and they fixed it flawlessly for about $500. 2. Recent visit to address an electrical problem with my passenger side tail lights not coming on. Ground Issue. They also took care of my Airbag light that's been on now for a good few months, along with reprogramming my TPMS (front driver wasn't reading). Beyond that, no issues that couldn't be quickly handled by me. |

That's good to hear that people's camaro's are holding up well. I am always hesitant to respond to these posts because I think as soon as I write a response saying all is well, something will go wrong lol.
My 2010 2SS/RS has just over 50,000 miles on it now and I have had not one issue with it. No service department visits. No check engine light. No warranty work. Even with all the mods it's been great. It pays to have a very good shop to work with you. The only complaint I have is how weak the paint is. Easy to get rock chips in it but if that's the only issue I have to this point then it's all good. |

Later today, I will hit 140,000 miles. I drive it very hard, with a mountain commute, some open road (yes, high speeds!), and a lot of city traffic... every. single. day.
$900 for a new "Passenger Presence Sensor" (pesky airbag issue) $450 for a new battery and alternator $$$nickels and dimes$$$ for dozens and dozens of broken lug studs (A mystery that's been investigated and discussed and researched endlessly... no ideas have panned out regarding why) $90 for new front pads ... and a lot of tires. Yes, those would be the fault of the loose nut behind the wheel... Other than those items, the car has been astoundingly reliable. The way I drive, a car that provides this level of reliability is truly outstanding. |

I cracked some spark plugs installing headers
Outside of that the car has worked like a wood burning stove.
