I'm looking to purchase some LT ARH headers with the Catted X back. i was wondering if the ARK exhaust would just line up directly with the X back?

Not sure what you mean. You're getting ARH's with HFC's? If so then yes the ARK DT-S lines up right after your cats. Get the 1 3/4" headers.

The ARH long system will not bolt up, but the short system will. Since the ARK system comes with a X pipe already, no point in getting the ARH long system.

This is actually what I have ordered, the ARK LT short system with HFC, and the ARK DT-S.

Ok gotcha. Did not realize ARH makes a long system. I'm pretty sure that ARK's X-pipe is going to make better sound/kill drone more to your liking anyway. You're going to have a very nice set up. Noah said it best, "ARK rules. Just ask my posse." or something like that.

You can do either with cats or without cats, just don't order the one with the x-pipe with it. (IE: should be less then $1300)

The ARK system comes in either N-2 or DT-S. The N-2 is 2.75" and has no resonators. The DT-S is 2.5" and has resonators, so it will have less drone/rasp.

For the ARH Headers, you have multiple choices.

AutoAgenda, MTI racing, and a few others have them. I got mine from Torq since they include OEM gaskets. Saves me a trip going to the dealership.

I get my system next week, going to be a fun install.
