I have the sport comp 2 BFG's and think they are a great tire for the money. Their good in the rain, wear really good, and last a long time. They don't hook really good on the street but good enough for the price. If you want a tire that hooks good I would get the continental extreme contacts but they are quite a bit more than the BFG's.

As mentioned above, get the Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Sport Plus. I run them and have for the last 9 years and absolutely love them!! They are quiet, smooth and hook really well on the street and at the track. I have tried a couple other brands, and came right back to these. Good luck.
