Help with a Ride?
Hello my fellow New Englanda's
I wanted to put a feeler out there and see if maybe I could recruit some local help. Here is my deal.... - I need to drop my car off down at Slowhawk Performance, probably Wednesday July 8th, for some really great upgrades. I work in Cambridge and Slowhawk is in Bridgewater. - I just started a new job on the 1st of June and already I have had to take days off and leave early because my elderly mother in law (84 years old) has been diagnosed with inoperable kidney cancer. She has already had several complications (happens so fast, sad and scary) so I am hoping to not have to make a big deal of getting my car done and have to take days off to drop off car and pick it up. - Would anyone be willing to meet me at Slowhawk on July 8th when I drop off the car (check out the shop, meet Don!) and then drive my ass all the way back to Chelmsford (north of Boston). I will throw in $60-$80 for gas money and your trouble and if you want these ZL-1 rear rock guards I bought a while ago (I need to drill holes in the rear wheel well to fit them and I just skipped that) you can have them. I need to schedule with Slowhawk some of this, and I don't think I can get down to get the car until the following Saturday (July 18th, I hope he can keep my car there for that time and keep her safe!) because I have to go out of town for the end of week and weekend of July 9th-13th. Guys, I know this is a mess and I am struggling right now with all the new problems that have come up. If you think you can help me out, I would appreciate it and I would owe you. Thanks

You can drop your car off the night before . Slowhawk has a key drop and plenty of people leave there car there with no problems . I would gladly give you a ride but I will be out of the country at that time , sorry .

Wow! Thanks! Let me make sure about dates, etc and I will contact you.
The drop off is not as a big a deal now that I know you have a night drop box. Like I said, I may not be able to get the car until the following Saturday, I am sorry Don but I hope that is going to be ok. I will owe you a favor
