How much of that difference is the torco fuel vs the tb?

I think most of the gains is from Torco. On my JRE 125 kit I was told a torco tune would add about 30rwhp roughly.

The amount of torco will determine how much more power we can extract from a given combination.

In my testing I elected to use 1 can to a full tank of gas because it is easy to duplicate time and time again at the pump.

In my test on my Automatic car is was worth about 22 RWHP.

The 90mm Throttle body at this Pulley combo may only show 3-5 RWHP.

As we spin the blower faster the effects of a larger throttle body will increase over the stock.

Ted.

Merry Christmas, If you send me an email with all of your info I can write an estimate for you.

We are closed for the holidays so it may be a few days before I can respond.

Thank you
Ted.

1le build plan

Jannetyracing, and or the rest of you gearheads! I would like to achieve 650 to 700 hp at the crank. I wish to do this in steps, such as heads, cam, and injectors first step, to get 500 to 550 hp at the crank, then supercharge it for 2nd stage for 650 to 700 hp. Any thoughts on this? Can I keep stock crank, rods and pistons? Should I swap steps and supercharge first? I'm getting different answers from local speed shops. Also, is the 1le/zip exhaust adequate, or should I go to long tube headers, and at what point? I love hearing about the stuff you guys are doing to your cars, but I don't want to spend money needlessly trying to reinvent the wheel, when you guys have already done it. Thanks for any help or comments.

When I had my 2013 1/LE I put on...

SLP TVS2300 Blower
NEP Custom Blower Cam
Trunion Comp Cam Kit
Melling oil Pump
Katech Timing Chain
LS2 Damper
ADM FPCM
Id850 Injectors
CAI update kit
NGK Tr6 plugs
Gator Serp. Belt
3.6 Pulley
Aero force Gauge
A-Pillar Pod
SLP Boost Gauge
Wi/band A/F Kit
Hollowed Converters
P Fadt Lowering Springs
Custom Tune /Dyno

Car also had 1 7/8 long tubes Headers, Solo Cat Back Exhaust, Ported throttle body and CAI intake before this build.

Car made 612 rwhp/560 rwtq to the wheels! So figuring 17% drive train loss...about 715 to the crank. Right in your neighborhood.

Car was awesome with great drive ability. I LOVE my ZL1 but man that 1/LE was one bad mother ××××××!

Good luck man, Ted can definitely help you out with an order like this as well.

Yeah, the only i would change on the ZL1, it should have come with the 2.3L blower from the factory.

unfortunately the 6th gen will inherit the 1.7L blower from the LT4 most likely
