Not so impressed with Adams Polishes

Well I went ahead and ordered almost $300 worth of stuff after reading a lot of good things about Adams and watching a lot of their YouTube videos. My experience so far has been :

I ordered on April 15th and received an order number but no secondary email with notification of items being shipped nor a tracking number.

Today, April 22nd I contacted Adams via email and they responded with an “oh yeah we forgot to send you all the shipping/tracking info. Oops we are sorry. You should receive your package today or Monday.

I still was ok with that, but then I get home at night and see the Adams box. I’m excited now to open it all up only to find that I have no spray caps/squirt tops. Now I’m a bit annoyed. I contacted them about this issue and I am awaiting their response. At this point I feel like I at least deserve a free item or two. What does everyone think?

Just shoot them an email, they honestly have good customer service, looks like you might have just got a bad shipper. Maybe a new guy?

You have unboxed it all? The sprayers ship loose. Be sure they aren't in there, under the paper.

Call Dan at Adams customer service. I am assuming he is still working for them. He will make everything right if he still works there, of that I am 100% sure.

He takes customer service to a level that is rarely found at any company. 1-866-965-0400

had an order placed with them last week, had the same issue with missing sprayers. called them up and they sent them out, no questions asked. shit happens, we're all human.

if you only reached them via email, i'd give them a call.

Very uncharacteristic of them, but if you call customer service and explain I’m sure they will make it right. I’ve had one or two issues in the past and they’ve always stood behind their products and fixed them.

Also if you’re in SoCal and come up around LA / SFV, consider visiting their local dealer Bruce C Papp. He’s terrific.

I've been using Adams products for 7 years now. Their customer service has always been top notch and quick to respond.

A year or two ago, I bought one of their 'Mystery Boxes', but when it arrived, the box was empty. It looked like it may have come open during shipment.
Sent an e-mail to Adams customer service and they just asked for a photo of the box.
Sent a new one out immediately.

Awesome.

I have always heard of zaino but no I haven’t tried them. I’m still going to give Adams a chance.
