Are LS Seats the same as SS seats?

In what aspect do you mean?
Any of the seats should bolt right into any version 5th gen with the exception of the 2010 model year, which requires some additional wiring/sensor work (ie. Recaro upgrade). If you mean style then no. The leather and cloth seats came in multiple colors and stitching.
