Our cars have a tendency to block you out of the 1-2 shift at high RPM, If you have the time to, suck the brake fluid out of the brake master, put in some fresh fluid, cycle the clutch several times/maybe drive it and replace the fluid again. When I do this each time before going to the strip, I never miss the 1-2 shift. Otherwise it can be it or miss on the shift.
I think you got him by 2 tenths, unless he has a little surprise for you or is very experienced at the track. |

definitely a drivers race, you have tires, a tune, and long tubes, which helped close the weight gap performance wise.
