What is the part number of the rims you got?

17x9.5s are 20 lbs.

The current batch of 17x9.5s in a number of cases rub. Top of the brakes need a little taken off, not much. Maybe not an issue for someone planning to paint them.

They told me they plan to release 17x10.5's between now and summer. I talked to the wheel designer and he said these will have more room at that problem spot.

What width 17" rims and the part number that you have?? I have 17x7 and after changing the brake pads to eliminate the "roller skates" on the top, they both clear the front calipers. I have their 18x10.5's on the back, so I can't say if you are using 17's all around, but in my case they clear the calipers, but the lug nuts holes don't seem to line up with the studs properly.

I can ask them Monday.

FWIW, Last 3 sets of 17x9.5 I sold, one set did it not rub. I still tell everyone that they should assume they will likely rub as opposed to thinking the opposite.

I have a set of the early mis-machined 17's I might sell, they are Dark. Fit over V6 brakes. PM me.
