Ordered trifecta tune for my ‘10 llt, have a question

I installed the ez tune app but haven’t gotten my cable yet. It arrives on saturday.
I have a bbk cold air intake, bbk long tube headers, and a JMS pedalmax currently installed. At the moment my oxygen sensors aren’t connected due to not having the extenders, those arrive today at home but I’m at work fifty miles away (until tomorrow night). Over thurs/fri my roommate and I will be connecting the upstream extenders and lengthening the downstream sensor cables dependent upon the weather.
Next month the rest of my exhaust will be installed, a flowmaster 11386 as the x pipe and a pair of cherry bomb turbos. These exhaust components were added to my tune already and my main question follows:
Tl;dr:
I have a bbk cai, bbk long tube headers currently installed and will be installing a flowmaster x pipe and cherry bomb turbo mufflers next month. All these components are accounted for in my tune. Can i do the tune now even though those exhaust components aren’t installed or should I wait until they are installed?
