Pretty Dang Good all things considered. Through 10 of my knee surgeries I was still running almost everyday and was playing competitive Hoops. Then I had my Knee replaced. It was time and I'm glad I had it done. But I can't run anymore (or shouldn't Lol) so I ride my Mountain Bike a lot.

My Neck pain from screwing up my C-4, C-5, C-6 Racing comes & goes. I quit racing for awhile, but after getting a Hans that fits me correctly, I have no reservations.

I'm Allergic to every legal Pain Killer so I don't take anything. Probably better than being one of those Zombies walking around taking Oxys - I wasn't Allergic to those and took them after my Knee Replacement, but I HATED them!

I think I'm in better shape than 95% of people my age. That said, Getting Old isn't for Pussies!

I didn't have this but did have carpal tunnel surgery. Damn Playboy.

The doc or the PT people should be able to hook up w/ the machine...PM me n I'll send ya a pic.... after having both shoulders, both knees and a new hip put in, the ice machine was invaluable, by far. The shoulder was the most painful to be honest.
