ABL lighting ?

Is the dash supposed to light up as well? Just my door panels do and they are not very bright (even with the dash lights turned all the way up).

Get away from the city lights and maybe they'll be a little bit brighter.

Mine are dim too. This seems to be a common issue with the ZL1

Hmmm, anybody know if this is a "fixable" issue? I have not looked into it at all. It is lit by LED? Maybe a stronger one.........

It's a light pipe. Check the cosmetics and lighting section or the diy section. People are messing with these all the time.

I've been told there is a layer of tape over the normal light pipe and that all you need to do is pop the insert off and remove the tape and it will be as bright as the other models of Camaros.

What the...!?! That is dumb. I've been wanting to switch mine to red anyway, I guess this just gives me more motivation.

If that's true why wouldn't they tell us this or do it from the dealership

They may have intended the dimmer look on purpose?
