God I hate having no power when we have a wind storms.

It also means I get no sleep or very little sleep.

Damn that sucks. We had a nice wind storm (was the equivalent of a F3 Hurricane) back on Oct 26th and didn't have power for 2 days. Sucks I know. Plus almost all the surrounding burbs around me had power knocked out from the nice snow storm this past weekend, and their just getting power back on. Hope everything works out for ya, and it gets back on soon!

had no power when I left for work, Luckly town had power, but about 7:40 there was an earthquake as well. I was driving to work.

got a text message from my husband & we got power back about 11am this morning. we had two schools close down, for the day & Man that put extra work on me lol

A few years ago we lost power for about a week, after that we got a generator and had it wired into the house. That thing is worth it, especially since we lose power all the time
