New member from Louisiana - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hello all. I took delivery of my 1LE about a week and a half ago. This is my first Camaro as I have owned Mustangs for about 20 years. I did have a '14 SS Sedan before moving on to an NB2 Miata for autocross. After a year of that I decided I needed a V8, and I also wanted something I could take to the track and autocross. So I sold the Miata and snatched up a white 1LE. Right now I'm just trying to get it broken in so I can start playing. So far the car is great. The PDR is awesome and is much better than using the lap timer I used to use for autocross. My jaw did drop a bit when I read about the 10 quarts of oil this thing needs. So far I am just learning the basics like where the floor jack points are, etc. No mods are planned besides a catch can. This car has everything needed to max out the fun-o-meter. Till next time.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
