Anyone have a parts list for SS to ZL1 front bumper conversion - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Had a run in with a deer. Would rather put a ZL1 on the front.

I know GEN5DIY sells them as a kit. Ill buy my harnesses from them but dont want to pay the markup for the rest. Im sure others have done this and may have a list. For whatever reason I cant get the search to do what I Want lol

-Front fascia
-bumper absorber
-lower grille
-fog light bezels
-bumper support
-fog lights
-retainer rings for stock DRL lights
-mounting hardware

The absorber and support are not required but recommended because the SS version is larger and will not fit with the ZL1 fascia without modification.

Seriously though you are almost better off buying the kit from either Ofer at Gen5 or Gary from Gary's Customs. If you price out each part individually from the dealer, you'll see that price wise it is almost no difference.

I got my ZL1 front end from Garys Customs, after I hit a animal and cracked tab holding front bumper on, paint job was flawless and came with everything. Insurance cashed me out and was same price as a modified stock, due to I had vents installed in my ss bumper. Plus Gary will modify the hood lines to match the SS hood, ZL1 hood has different hood lines. I also bought the zl1 side skirts too, looks so much better.
