Just for reference: '15 Z/28 all stock 2100 RPM @ 80 mph in 6th gear.

Is a z28 a 3.91 gear and the wheel and tire same height?

disregard, just looked it up and a z28 wheel and tire is 1.7 inches shorter

I just used 4th gear of 1.0 gear ratio to try to show the other 2 variables. Tire size or diff gearing. I’m sure there’s others that are far more knowledgeable that hopefully will chime in.
I used tire size of 27.8, is that the actual size? You might go physical measure what you have if you haven’t already done so.

tire size is stock, i just looked up a gearing calculator. it matches with a .8 5th and a .67 6th. 1st through 4th match the stock 1le gears

I used 4th gear as it takes out that variable of trans gearing because it’s 1:1 and so the only variables are diff gears and tire size and with the engine rpm that you stated at 2500 is another constant. So your 4th gear does not match a stock 1LE as I previously posted.
Good luck
