Looks is the only reason I bought one after I found out how much the porker was going to weigh. I actually was going to cancel my order for about a month because I was so mad after hearing all the "we are calling Jenny Craig" and it won`t be too heavy... kind of comments. But in the end the looks brought me back.

Why is this in the vs. section? There's plenty of "look at me" threads in the main 5th gen section.
*sorry, i reread the title, and the whole point is "look at me" vs. "look at them". Carry on. |

Just because us Challenger and Mustang owners dont post these stories doesnt mean we dont get the compliments, the gawkers and the "can I have a ride?" questions.. I know at least in my case because I dont need to have my ego stroked. |

The amount of attention this car gets is almost annoying at times.
If one wants to get a car just to get noticed/for attention the camaro is definitely the one at the moment. Just remember...this is going to wear off in about another year I would say. I hope you all like your car for more than just the attention it gets. |

I had about twice the amount with my first Saturn Sky.. but then again it was the first in the area, and there were alot fewer of them made...

I like the look of the Mustang, Camaro and Challenger. I love Mustangs, hence why I bought another one.
The Shelby in the pic appears to be a KR/Super Snake. Very nice car, but not worth the $60-80K. And, I would be pretty miffed if I had a car that cost this much and had the standard cheapo plastic mirrors. |

Hey Oldlugs go somewhere else with your Mustang pictures. No one really cares on this board if I saw that Mustang I wouldnt give it a second look -1. Because all Mustangs look the same even if it is a Shelby, 2. The wheels dont look very nice with the multiple spokes, 3. Its the same car design since 2005 nothing to look at to say the least. And IF that car really was in the $80,000 price range you got ripped off BIG TIME NO Mustang is worth that much money when you can buy a Corvette that is way faster and nicer looking. The cheap plastic mirrors are one of the things I hate about Mustangs that was a good reaction to the pic lol.

If you drive a muscle/pony car, and you keep it clean, the compliments will come. People like these cars. But if you have to brag about the compliments online, you're a loser.

I don't buy a car because other people might like it.
