Ok and thxs,* i have a 10 rib kit and od cog and ati 6% od and jre hd tensioner and Saturday the tuner sent me a message it was at 16psi at 4800 slipping down to 8psi. I assume i didnt retrac the hd tensioner all the way and slid the maggie idler far enough to the left side.* He may have done it and still tuning it,* just wanna gett the bracket for even more help.* I should know something today.* As he like to tune and let it sit overnight and do a cold start check too

Many local parts stores carry 10 ribs as they are a common truck belt. There are two performance versions of the Gates Belts, but the mostly likely to be in stock would be a "Green" style Fleet Runner.

Found one at a trk part store. Its not the green one but still says heavy duty. 10pk2425 part number. 957k10mk is another number on it. Woo hoo

At what whp or psi level does the maggie chokes on the 90mm tb and needing to upgrade to nw 102mm

mine's a LS1 corvette (stock long block) & untouched blower @ 11ish psi = 540h/530t

and in case you're still wondering, that's about what i'd expect from a 3.4 on your car - especially with a cam & headers. mine's at 11psi on a LS1 with exhaust running a 3.3 with 1:1 rear. for you to move that much air on a 6.2, you'd need about a 3.1... or swap to the overdrive and use a 3.7 (if rear cog) or 3.6 (if rear ribbed).
