Slowhawk did my ECS kit with cam ! I love it. That's just the beginning, you need to get the power to the ground next.

**** turbos for fun street cars.
My maggie 5th gen is a shit ton more fun than my TT cts-v. Get a roots blower they are the most fun.

Turbos are cool. Centri's are cool. PD blowers are cool. Forced induction is just plain cool! You really can't go wrong with any of them. All of them will easily make your goal of 650-700RWHP, they just deliver it differently.
I love my Whipple, but I'd run twin turbo, too! -Scott |

6766s off a 427lsx - turbos be fine. Car runs just like stock but it's relatively boring compared to a roots blower car. Where turbos require spool the roots kicks in immediately.... of course i'm comparing my 6xx whp 5th gen to my 1500whp cts-v so my comparision ain't that great.

I understand what your saying in that situation, but that is a 1500 setup with turbos larger than needed.
Dual billet ball bearing 54mm will make 1000-1100 all day long and spool up so quick it makes the car into a tire melting beast, and easily makes 200+ftlbs more torque than PDs. So yes, putting huge laggy turbos on a car can have that effect, but I would never do that for a street car.

Test drove for kicks and giggles at a dealer today a ZL1 coupe 6 speed manual(sales lady was awesome she said drive it like I stole it lol), and comparing the zl1 to my poorly tuned tt convertible I would say both methods are a blast and you can't go wrong with either method but on that note even with my poor tune i have no regrets on my decision going tt and if I had to make the decision again with out hesitation I would go agp again.
