Range Technology AFM Disabler from Ebay?

Wassup to the wonderful community of Camaro5! Has anyone had any experience with purchasing the Range AFM disabler from Ebay? I know they are not authorized sellers per Range's site, but do you think its worth a shot?

I used one for a couple years before getting a tune. I loved it.

How much is it going for on eBay? If is not much less, I'd just buy it directly from the manufacturer.

Thanks for the replies you guys. 2 sellers have accepted my offers for $150.00, but I would most likely add a 1 year warranty for $23 to cover any issues that the seller wouldn't cover.

I’d sell you mine for $100 shipped. Zero issues with it.

I can chime in here. You should be good on the backwards-compatible thing driving a 2010. I bought an older one here for my ‘15 and love the concept...but I have to be careful to pull it before starting the car. Intermittent codes come up. I could have sent it to Range to update but was too lazy I guess.

I'm assuming he's asking if Royal Tiger still has his for sale, which Royal's offer was intended for you as the OP.

Hope that helps.

Edit: If you did buy one, how's it working for you? Being new to a Camaro I never knew this existed until I read your post. Thx

I have one, bought it new about a year ago nd it's pretty much been plugged in since. Has worked great and I haven't had any issues (knock on wood)

Got yah. I figured the same, but was not sure. I did make the purchase on Ebay back in April, and have had it plugged in every since as well. I pray it continues to run strong.
