Yes, I parked evenly between the lines, locked the doors and went and enjoyed my evening. Got back to the car, unlocked it. Drove it home. My truck works the same way

I would be renting a car does not matter if the car is a V6 or not. That way you don't have to worry about the car when you are having fun
