Nope! lol

I'd probably not even have one if it had to be my daily. Cars like this, I want, and enjoy to take care of.

lol...dont' take my comment the wrong way. I know a daily can be taken care of just fine if the effort is made, but for me, I also wanted a truck. I've always had one, and I'd hate to not had one, but for awhile, even before the Camaro I had a daily, and I had the "garaged" vehicle lol

Just hoping this is not really an issue. Don't think they will replace mine under warranty after my Supercharger install

I think you are safe with the 2011. I remember reading that they revised the timing chains late in the 2010 production run.

Same here, I got mine in August 2009 as well and just hit 22k miles . . . but now that I've moved I'm putting almost 100 miles per day on it. I like the idea of doing a poll in the warranty section - I will be super upset if they fail after my 6 year GMPP extended warranty is up.

Well folks, I got my car back!!

And I have to give it to Chevy Cust. Rep. Brandon, that is on this site, and my dealership Cole Valley Chevrolet in Newton Falls OH.

They both stepped up big on my issue. They covered all but $366 of my bill. That is all I paid.

Thank you to both!!

Merry Christmas to me!!:th umbup:

I will get the parts list posted in here later this evening.

Very nice!

Well I know when (not if) I have timing chain issues I know who to contact. Although the supercharger may pose as a problem... lol

You can check your latest updates by entering your VIN here: http://tis2web.service.gm.com/tis2web

BTW- all these changes were made while my Trifecta tune was installed and active (didn't return to stock before going in), without adverse effect.
They were still unaware it was tuned when I picked it up, and didn't really seem to care when I told'em!
