Is this still available? Does it include harnesses for steering controls as well?

Still available. Comes with everything as it would new and is still unused.

Got the kit in yesterday, forgot I had to sign for it and missed it the 1st day. Done a mock up install to see what it looked like and operated. Works and looks great, but gotta get the frame painted 1st. Thanks again for the sale and help.
