I am just wondering how many of you will take your car to the drag strip and race it. I would like this thread to be for those of us who do take our cars to the track to have a place here to post up your times so the rest of us can compare them with each other. I hope then we can see what we should expect these ZL1's to do and follow the one's who are getting the most out of their cars. I will be taking mine in 2 weeks I hope when our local track gets the repairs done to their timers and I will post the times then. Thanks Guys

i have been running my car since I got it... I just got bumped to 5th place on our fast list... I will e in bowling green this weekend at ls fest taking back 4th and hopefully 3rd place..

Once it gets a little cooler here in the DFW area, I'll be at the track as much as I can. I have two 1/4 mile tracks and an 1/8 mile track within 45 minutes of me.
And if I can keep myself from spending a bunch of money, I'll be datalogging and getting all I can out of the car bone stock....
Then with stock tune friendly mods....
Then finding out what bolt-ons it takes to get consistently into the 10's.

I also plan on turning corners in this thing too, since that's what it was actually built for.

Stock cars run high 11's and mostly in the 12's.
