Whoever did the market analysis for that promo was an idiot.

Trade in your sport coupe for a crossover.

Gee, you didn't want to experience the neck-snapping power of a Focus?

I get those all the time. I believe they are only for those that LEASE vehicles. I just happen to purchase my Camaro, I don't want to ever lease anything. Anyway, are they offering a Camaro for Camaro swap/upgrade? I may go for something like that.

You are on a computer generated mailing list. One of the perks of buying a car. Snail mail spam.

But you will give everyone here a hernia from laughing to hard if you do trade your camaro for a focus.

The comedy material I have received recently in the mail:

Offers from a local Honda Dealership for "Highest Trade- in price available towards the purchase of a new Honda." Not gonna happen.

"Credit card" offer--- PRE- APPROVED!!!--- for up to $1250 to be applied ONLY toward purchases in a catalogue provided by the same company, with luggage, and kitchen appliances, and Christmas wreaths that I can buy! And it only has a $500 "card- activation fee!"

Cash available to me now! I can have up to $2000 by TOMORROW... and the interest rate is 1,250.00% APR, to be paid over four years. I am not joking.

Various other credit card offers with "activation fees" and "annual fees," all due upon activation of the card, that exceed the "credit limit" of the card... I would pay more to just have the card in my grubby hands than I would to just buy the stuff!

And, companies send this stuff out because SOME people will think, "This is pretty awesome!"

I get them saying there is a shortage of 2004 GTO's so they will give me top $$$ for my trade.

Yea, it's all computer generated bs. They didn't choose you in particular. Don't trust anything you get from them in the mail.
